I have always worked out since I was 23 . Not into body building I like to stay in shape.I`ve always been a Runner,in high school all four years.Up until a few years ago I did road races Competively the 5K . Did pretty good at it for my age, I always placed.I still push Iron ,I cant run like I used to knees wont take the miles,but I still do what I can tolerate. so I ride a road bike 20-25mi 3-4 times a week,I have a speed bag in the back yard to, My heavy bag busted the Straps. I love the water; oceans, rivers, pools, just about anything with water can bring a peaceful hint to my day. Most people would think of me as a book worm. I love to read. I also enjoy music mostly country, dancing even though I am not very good at it, and walks. I am the kind of person who enjoys honesty... I'm a biologist and am really passionate about studying all living things. I graduated in June 2006, and it felt like the weight of the world was off my shoulders, and then the weight of the universe was placed on it because I needed to plan for the rest of my life. I appreciate many people complimenting me on my appearance. Though youth and beauty may fade, wisdom is eternal. Although some women may accuse men of treating them like â??meatâ?? or commodity, it seems some women are likewise to men in my experience.

Although physical attractiveness is a positive quality, it's my opinion that women, who are immodest in their dress and attitude; drink for intoxication; indecent in language; and behave unbecoming of a lady, do not have desirable traits. If so, they are just inviting to be treated likewise.

I don't wish to be disrespectful to anyone since your lifestyle is your perogative, but I'm just old-fashioned in my values. I think people can retain values and still have fun; enjoy life; live in the world but not worldly. I have a great sense of humor and am very sarcastic and funny, (but not goofy) I have been accused of never being serious enough but I do know when to straighten my act up! I like pretty much all sports and was highly involved into them throughout high school. I love UFC and follow it intently. I like to go boating when I can and enjoy wake boarding or going out on the tube, but sometimes I like to just sit on the boat and just relax. I liked to go snowboarding in the past but haven't really had the chance to go in about 3 years :( I like playing poker occasionally, but not as much as I used to. I enjoy mostly dramatic and funny movies (hate horror movies I think they are lame but I will watch them) I cant really dance but would be willing to let someone show me how :) I don't really read books, unless it's for information. Family is very important to me as well. I can be shy around new people but once I warm up to you, I will make you laugh and most people love my personality. I get along with most people and am a fun person to be around. I am an honest person and sometimes I give people more chances than they deserve.

Hello there. My name is Jennifer. I guess the first thing you should know is that I am not your typical model sized gal. We'll be up front and straight forward; no surprises here. Get to know me before you make your judgment though, because I have a certain charm and warmth that anyone would admire. I'm a somewhat bigger girl with a bigger heart. I am a tall girl with tall hopes and dreams. I am a pretty girl too though, with many pretty talents. I have hazel eyes (which are behind a rather cute pair of glasses, by the way), brown hair, and I'm about six foot one. I don't really care what people think about me though. I've been teased in the past for how I look (High school. Losers.), though I've grown into myself a lot more since then and that has changed drastically since becoming an adult. :) Ah, though as William Shakespeare wrote; "Love looks not with the eyes, but with the mind. And therefore is winged cupid painted blind." Isn't that the truth! Sometimes I can still be self conscious, but it's not nearly as bad as it used to be.

I am semi-new to Bakersfield. Have lived here about 4 years after living in TX for 20+ years. I moved back to CA after my divorce and most of my family had migrated to BK--so here I am. I hang out with my family and friends on the weekends and work during the week. I have a full and satisfying life, but would like to have someone to tell my stories to at the end of the day. Also, someone to share their stories with me.
I like to go to the movies, go dancing, bbq with the family, read, and do anything at the beach. I'm a huge fan of music and surround myself with it as much as possible.

I'm just me!!! Kind of laid back....Love animals and a day at the lake. Nothing better then laying in the pool in the summer. Getting up in the morning and driving to no where. i love watching movies when i"m not working. i love money and i love haveing the nice things i have. but the problem is i dont have anyone to share it with so it isent that nice yet, i always think of that brooks and dunn song (put a girl in it) that song is so true but anyways i love to travel i go to the bay area once a month plus i go to the beach all the time. the only hobby i guess i have is working on my car but that is really slow going just couse it is really expensive to upgrade anything on it.
